| As
part of IFS drive to maintain its leading
position in the ERF Market place and keep
its customers up to date with the latest
product development, we are pleased to announces
the date for this year Use Conference, which
will be held in Jeddah on 16th
of May 2004. |

The Conference Objectives are to achieve the following:

Launch
of IFS 2004 showing the latest functionality and
technical superiority of the product.

Illustrate
the business benefits and the return on the investment,
which can be derived from implementing IFS Applications.
A company executive from on of IFS AB customer
base will present the implementation of IFS Applications
at his company discuss implementation issues and
the financial benefits as well as the cost savings
achieved by implementing IFS ERP software.

Provide
a forum for discussion and sharing of the various
experiences from IFS Arabia existing customers.

Address
any issues and concerns IFS customers have in
order for us to continually improve our services
and support.

Over the past seven years and since the inception of
IFS Arabia, we have grown to become a major force in
the IT Market Place, competing and winning against major
and long established companies. This will be our 2nd
user conference in Saudi Arabia and it is a testimony
to IFS commitment to its customers in particular and
the Saudi Market in General.
IFS Arabia is pleased to be joined in this year’s conference
by major partners and Swedish Companies, namely CASIO,
SUN Microsystems and VOLVO who will be present during
the event demonstrating their products & solutions.

having our partners joining us in this event we aim

IFS Launches an all new Service and Support
Center |
| As
part of our efforts to improve the maintenance
and support services, IFS Arabia announces
the launch of Internal-based IFS Support
Center, including self-service applications
providing easy 24x7 access to IFS Support.
This gives the customer online access to
our global support system and all related
information. The Internet-based support
center ensures unlimited, secure and free
access to on line support resources. |

IFS Internet Support Center enables users to report,
track and manage issues at eh same time the customer’s
support team and super-user can enhance learning by
accessing the cumulative knowledge provided by the solutions
in the knowledge database.
The customer will access the Support Center web site
by logging in with a provided user ID and a password.
This solution will be implemented using IS Collaboration
Portals and the Business (B2B) applications for Support
Center.
In
order to report a new call, the user will have to enter
some required information describing the issue, e.g.,
subject, application’s version, module, description,
etc., By following simple instructions on the screen.
A call ID will be created allowing the user for issue
tracking and future follow ups.

IFS
Arabia support staff will assign the call ID to
an appropriate support consultant and forward
it to the concerned project manager. The issue
will then be investigated and resolved, and if
necessary escalated to the IFS Global Support
Center in the UK and Sweden. In order to report
a new call, the use will have to enter some required
information describing the issue, e.g., subject,
application’s version, module, description, etc.,
by following simple instructions on the screen.

ALBILAD FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS COMMISSIONED
PHASE 1 OF THE PROJECT AND STARTED PHASE 2
OF THE IMPLEMENTATION |
| After
going live ALBILAD Fire Fighting System
Ltd. Had finally commissioned phase 2 of
the implementation which included Finance
and Distribution Modules. |

Phase 2 of the implementation, includes Project Management
and Service Management Modules. Future phases will be
considered shortly after.
The implementation of this second phase kicked-off this
last March by conducting an intensive workshop by our
Project consultant Mr. Mutaz Sawalha.
ALBILAD staff are currently collecting information in
preparation for the next step of this implementation.
Albilad Fire Fighting Systems specializing in providing
an integrated Fire Fighting Systems to large organizations
such as ARAMCO AND SABIC.
ALBILAD head offices are in the Eastern Province and
they serve their customers Kingdom wide from their head
location.
