After IFS was successfully implemented in AFPSCC - Riyadh, it went live in October, 2008 & Users were shifted to the enterprise environment smoothly. One of the major factors to select IFS distribution module was the process of procurement and stock control this center needs since it serves a population of critically ill patients and time always matter as it can save a patient's life.

2006 King Fahd Military Medical Complex implements IFS Finance |

IFS finance was recently implemented by King Fahd Military Medical Complex, "a cluster of hospitals that serves the military personnel in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia". They had advanced systems in the areas of material management, finance and human resources but they had a lack for integration. The data entry effort is at the maximum and turned the administration expert staff into clerks. With IFS systems and total integrated solution all the purchasing interactions were captured in finance instantly and the payroll was updated as the employee signed his contract.

2004 Southern Region Armed Forces Hospital chooses IFS |

has signed for implementation of new components
for IFS e-Business applications including: IFS
Portals, IFS Business Performance, and
Business-To-Business (B2B) applications. For
B2B, Al Rabie will implement the solutions for:
Collaborative Customer Quotation and Order
Management, and Collaborative Procurement
Management.

used to improve cooperation and service to Al
Rabie’s customers. The customers will have an
instant remote access to the system where they can
place and follow up orders online. The benefits of

| Halwani Brothers Egypt Implements
IFS Maintenance |

Halwani
Brothers Egypt has signed for licenses of IFS
Maintenance, including: Equipment, Preventive
Maintenance, Work Order Management, and
Scheduling.
The
installation of IFS Maintenance at HBE has already been
completed. The implementation is now in
progress.
The new
module for IFS Maintenance will provide Halwani Egypt
with many features for planning, scheduling, executing
and analyzing of preventive maintenance and corrective
maintenance jobs. This will help HBE to reduce the
maintenance down time and thus improve their efficiency
of the production operations.
HBE has
been a customer with IFS Arabia since year 2000 with
Financials, Distribution and Manufacturing, and it has
now 64 named users.

| Ulker Completes the
Implementation of Additional IFS Financials
Components |

Food
Manufacturers Company, Ulker has finished the
implementation of additional IFS Financials
components, including:
Customer Order, Cash Flow, Budget, and
Periodical Cost Allocation, which completes the
Phase 1 implementation.
Phase
2 and Phase 3 includes the implementation of IFS
Manufacturing for execution and planning of
production processes. Phase 2, including Shop
Order and Costing is currently in the final
stage of the implementation. During 2005
Ulker upgraded to the latest version of IFS
Applications 2004. Ulker has been a customer
with IFS Arabia since year 2000 with Financials,
Distribution and Human Resources.
